Shipping Policy

We currently have pan-India delivery services to all metros and certain non-metro cities. Nutreebox subscription and gift boxes are shipped using our own logistics partners and are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur & Alwar.

Shipping Time

  • For Nutreebox, shipping time is a maximum of 7 working days. We ship on all working days (Monday to Friday) except public holidays & natural calamities during which the logistics partners may be closed.
  • We try to our best to ensure that there are no delays in shipping, we apologize for any delays that are beyond our control.

In case your shipment is delayed:

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email on help@nutreebox.com with your order number or please contact us on +91 9810501446.
  • In case the shipment has been misplaced or lost, we can resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock).
  • In this case, if you choose to cancel the order, we can issue a credit note with additional credit! Or reimburse the amount completely to you.

In case the package shipped to you is damaged:

  • If the package is open, damaged, or tampered with in any way at delivery, please take pictures of the box immediately and share them with us at help@nutreebox.com  with your order number.

Do you ship out of India?
