In what cases can you return a product

    • In case the product(s) is different from your order:

If the product is expired, completely different, or different in size, packaging, ingredients as mentioned on our
website, you are eligible to return the order.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to the product being
unused. Once the product packaging is opened the refund will not be available.

Product which has tendency to break or fragile (Like Khakhra Chips), are not replaceable, in case of breakage.

 

    • In case the product(s) is different from your order:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to the product being unused. Once the product packaging is opened the refund will not be available.

In the above cases, we will replace and resend the order to you. The above cases are not eligible for a full refund.

 

What are the conditions for return and replacement

 

  1. The product should be in the same condition as it was received, in its original form and original packaging, with all the original labels.
  2. The replacement is subject to the availability of the product with us.
  3. In case your area pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, please ship it back to us using a reliable courier partner. You will be duly reimbursed the courier charges upon sharing the courier bill with us on help@nutreebox.com.

 

What are the conditions for a refund

  1. If you have canceled the product before delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Instead, we are also happy to give you a credit note with additional credit!

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
